MEDDPICC Implementation Across Sales Organization
Launched and scaled MEDDPICC at WorkTango (Vista Equity Partners portfolio company) to bring consistency and rigor to the sales process. Drove full implementation across systems and teams, including Salesforce integration, company-wide enablement, and leadership coaching. Enabled managers to effectively inspect deals, coach to gaps, and improve forecast accuracy, ultimately elevating overall sales execution. - October 2023
SPIN Selling Training
Led a three day intensive workshop with 65+ ICs across North America putting the SPIN selling methodology into action. I co-facilitated alongside a University of Chicago Sales Professor. Final day included a ‘role play competition’ where the winner walked away with the “SPIN Master trophy”! - January 2019

Facilitated alongside our Sales Effectiveness Partner a two day LinkedIn Sales Excellence workshop to our East Solutions team, comprising of 30 ICs. This methodology was created by LinkedIn, for LinkedIn. I led, program managed, & sponsored this training globally. - January 2020
